The Business Plan allows users to manage professional communication through one or multiple phone numbers, enabling both individual and collaborative use cases. It supports:
Each line, shared or individual, includes calls, texts, transcripts, and related data, accessible directly within the Beside app.
The Business Plan is limited to the addition of 5 lines by the Account Owner, and the Account Owner can add up to 14 teammates cumulated across all owned lines.
Users may purchase a subscription to access the Business Plan services by clicking the Subscriptions option in the app's Settings.
The Business Plan subscription automatically renews at the frequency referenced on the subscription page (or, if not designated, monthly) and at the then-current rates.
For detailed information on subscription terms and cancellation methods, please refer to our Terms of Service at: https://beside.com/terms.
If the Business Plan subscription is terminated or canceled for any reason:
If an Inbox User or Invited Member leaves the organization or company that initially onboarded them, they will lose access to any shared inbox or distributed line by the Account Owner, but will retain access to their personal items (including private or group chat conversations, voice memos, and Daily Recap content), which may contain company-related information.
These Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern your participation in the Beside iOS app Referral Program (“Referral Program”) operated by Interface, Inc. (“Interface”). The Referral Terms incorporate and supplement Interface's Terms of Service (located at https://beside.com/terms). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Referral Program is available exclusively to users of the Beside iOS application. Interface reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program (or any aspect thereof) at any time with or without notice to you. The referral feature is accessible via the Settings menu in the app.
Referring Party Eligibility:
Referred Party Eligibility:
For each Converted User, the Referring Party will be eligible to receive a $200 reward (“Referral Reward”) once the Referred Party redeems the referral code and subscribes to a paid subscription. Each Referral Reward is issued as an Amazon gift card by default. Where a cash payout is available, the Referring Party may instead elect to receive the Referral Reward as a cash payout.
Verification Period:
A Referral Reward is claimed at the moment the Referred Party subscribes to a paid subscription. Between the moment a Referral Reward is claimed and the moment it becomes available to the Referring Party, the reward is subject to a verification period of three (3) to five (5) business days during which the Beside team reviews the referral for eligibility and compliance with these Referral Terms. A Referral Reward becomes available only after it has cleared this verification period.
Referral Cap and Extended Opportunities:
Referral Rewards are capped at $10,000 per unique user. Interface may impose limits, from time to time, on the number of Referral Rewards issued per user. Any changes or updates to the Referral Program, including changes to the Referral Rewards cap, will be communicated within the app or on this Referral Program page. Users who reach this threshold and wish to continue referring others are invited to contact Interface at support@beside.com to explore extended referral opportunities.
The Referring Party is prohibited from (i) referring themselves or creating multiple accounts to self-refer, (ii) sharing, publishing or distributing referral codes on commercial websites, blogs, deal aggregation sites or other websites not controlled by you, (iii) “spamming”, mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems, bots or scripts through any channel to generate referrals, (iv) paying to advertise a referral code, and (v) engaging in fraudulent, deceptive or unethical behaviors to exploit the Referral Program.
Interface reserves the right to monitor referral activity and request a Referring Party to provide verification or documentation related to any referrals under this Referral Program. Interface reserves the right at any time to suspend, disable, disqualify, remove any referral code or a user's participation in the Referral Program.
