Does Beside work with the tools my team already uses?
Beside integrates directly with major CRMs and connects to 7,000+ platforms. Every call automatically creates a new contact, logs the summary and recording, and pushes extracted details into your system — no manual entry required.
Do I need any technical skills to set it up?
Beside pulls information from your website to train your AI Receptionist automatically. From there, toggle it on, adjust your preferences, and you're live.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You can either port your existing number to Beside or forward calls from your current carrier. Your callers keep dialing the same number - nothing changes on their end.
What happens after hours or during peak times?
Your AI Receptionist picks up 24/7 by default - evenings, weekends, holidays, and during your busiest hours. You can also set business hours so calls ring your team during the day and route to the AI Receptionist outside of those windows.
Can Beside make outbound calls?
You can place outbound calls from the Beside app. The AI Receptionist currently handles inbound calls only.
