How it works

For every call, voicemail, voice memo, voice note, or text, Beside matches the number or email to an existing contact in Monday CRM. If none exists, a new contact is created. When that person reaches back out, their record is updated with AI summaries, transcript links, and follow ups. You can also post activities to the right board or pipeline group.

How to connect this app

Beside uses Zapier to connect with this app and hundreds of others.

Step 1: Download Beside

Install Beside on iOS or Android. Integrations are managed from the mobile app.

Step 2: Open Zapier in Beside

Go to Settings → Connected Integrations → Zapier

Tap Connect Zapier.

Step 3: Choose the app you want to connect

Zapier will open in your browser.

Search for the app you want to connect and select it.

Tap Get started to begin creating your workflow.

Step 4: Set up your workflow

In Zapier, you’ll:

  • Choose a Beside trigger, like a new call, voicemail, or message
  • Choose an action in the app you selected

You can map fields like caller identity, AI summary, owner, and follow-up date.

Step 5: Turn it on

Once your Zap is live, new Beside events will automatically sync to the connected app.

That’s it. No manual exports. No duplicated work.
